Maggie joined the team in 2015 as gym manager. Maggie has trained for over 40 years and is a font of knowledge in all aspects of training no matter what your fitness or experience is.

Jon has a passion for training and has worked in a gym environment for over a decade, the last 5 as a Personal Trainer. You’ll find Jon either on the gym floor or behind the bar with a coffee in hand but will always be happy to offer any advice or answer any training or nutrition question you may have.
